Terms of Service

By using the L-Blatter Sàrl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of service. Use of the services is reserved for persons aged at least 16 years, or minors with the authorisation of their legal representative. Users undertake to provide accurate information upon registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

L-Blatter Sàrl offers the following services through the platform: • online booking of driving courses (car B, motorcycle, trailer BE, C1/D1, C/CE, coach D, etc.) • theory and first aid courses • awareness courses • OACP training and licence exchange • course package purchases • schedule and evaluation consultation • calendar synchronisation for instructors

All prices displayed on the platform are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on the courses and packages offered. Final prices are displayed at the latest during the checkout process. L-Blatter Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Bookings already confirmed are not affected by such changes.

The following payment methods are accepted: • credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via Stripe • TWINT mobile payment, processed via Stripe • cash payment at the time of the lesson Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS-certified payment service provider. Card details are never stored on L-Blatter Sàrl servers. Payment is charged upon booking confirmation.

Group courses Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course. After this period, no refund will be granted except in case of a justified medical reason. Private lessons Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson. Late cancellations or absences will be billed in full. Refunds As a general rule, no monetary refunds are issued. Eligible cancellations may be credited as a balance in the user's virtual wallet or as a voucher for a future booking. In exceptional cases where a monetary refund is granted, it is carried out exclusively in person at the driving school reception.

This feature applies only to instructors. By authorising Google Calendar synchronisation, the platform can create, modify or delete events in their calendar. Data transmitted to Google is limited to the necessary information: • event title • date and time • slot description

All content on the site and platform, including: • text • images • logos • graphics • source code • site structure is the exclusive property of L-Blatter Sàrl and/or Nexilan. Any reproduction, even partial, representation or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, L-Blatter Sàrl strives to keep the platform available and functional. However, it cannot be held liable for: • temporary service interruptions • technical errors • data losses beyond its control. The liability of the driving school is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Vaud, subject to appeal to the Federal Court. The parties undertake to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
